Online driving lesson booking
With the online Agenda Guide, you can book your lessons independently, at any time, choosing the instructor and time you prefer.
🔑 How to access
The easiest way: the student portal
If you already have access to the portal, you can access the Agenda with one click, without having to search for any codes.
Or: direct access with the codes on your provisional licence (foglio rosa)
Don't have the portal handy? You can also log in from here, using the two codes printed on your provisional licence (foglio rosa).
- 🔢 → User Reservation number 10-character alphanumeric code, starting with 98PI or 02PI. Example: 98PI123456
- 🔐 → Password Candidate code A 6-character alphanumeric code, starting with P4 followed by two letters, a number, and a letter. Example: P4AS8E
Please write all letters in CAPITAL LETTERS , otherwise the login will not work.

📅 How to use it
Once you log in, you can see the instructors' availability from the same day up to the next 10 days.
- 1 Booking a driving lessonIf this is your first lesson, choose the instructor you'd like to start out with, then the day and time that suit you best. One click on the time slot and the booking is done.
- 2 Cancelling a driving lessonIn the "Your lessons" tab you can cancel a booking up to 6:00 PM on the day before the lesson. After that time you will need to contact the office directly.
The evening before each drive, you will automatically receive an SMS with a reminder of the next day's time.
📊 What you'll find in the Agenda
- 👤 Your data Your name, address, and the type of license you are applying for, always under control.
- 🚗 Your driving lessons The complete list of your upcoming driving lessons, the ones you have already taken, and any you missed.
- 📋 Certified driving lessons Your mandatory route progress: secondary extra-urban, main extra-urban, and nighttime. Those already completed are highlighted, so you always know what's left.
- 💳 Payment status Your financial situation always up to date, without having to stop by the office.
