The number plate for your e-scooter

You can request and pick up your scooter license plate directly from us : you don't have to stop by the Department of Motor Vehicles. And if you can't come to the office, we'll send it to your home by registered mail .

📱 Request it from home in three steps

  1. 1 Fill out the form belowWe'll need your personal information, address, and photos of your ID card and tax code.
  2. 2 Choose how to receive your license platePick it up at the office (€85) or we'll send it to your home via registered mail (€95).
  3. 3 Pay online by credit cardClick "Pay Now" to go to Nexi's secure page. The process is completed during office hours.

How would you like to receive the license plate?

Attach photos or scans of both documents (front and back of the ID card). Photos taken with your phone are also acceptable: JPG, PNG, or PDF, up to 8 MB each.

The address is required for registered mail: please write it in full. This process is completed during office hours.

Your card details never pass through our servers.

We'll send it to your home. If you can't come to the office, for an additional €10, we'll send the license plate to the address you provide via registered mail —you don't have to leave your home.
